Our strategy
Our six-year strategy (2021-27) outlines our ambitious objectives for the charity and our role supporting the work of Moorfields and UCL to benefit Moorfields’ patients. There’s an emphasis on innovation in clinical care and staff wellbeing and development.
Our strategy outlines five main objectives to:
- Create a world class integrated centre for advancing eye health, teaching and research in 2026
- Be the leading charity for research into eye health
- Support patient care
- Support sharing knowledge
- Shape national policy
