Corporate Partnerships Manager

Charity People are delighted to have partnered with the charities supporting Guy's and St Thomas' NHS Foundation Trust in their search for two Corporate Partnership Managers. With the recent launch of their three new charities; Guy's and St Thomas', Evelina London Children's Charity and Guy's Cancer, this is an exciting time to join a dynamic team and play a key role in shaping their new 4-year strategy.

About the role

You will be joining a highly collaborative team with lots of scope to influence our corporate partnerships approach. With a relatively young corporate partnership programme you will play a key role in driving new high value corporate partnerships for the Guy's and St Thomas' NHS Foundation Trust and community sites. Including working alongside the Senior Corporate Partnerships Manager to develop and deliver a new 4-year strategy, which will launch in April 2023.

This role will be predominantly new business with some account management responsibility, where you will identify and build a pipeline of prospective partnerships that align with the strategic fundraising priorities of the Trust. Strong emphasis will be on building and cultivating long-term high value strategic partnerships and fostering effective and productive relationships with a range of key stakeholders.

About you

We are looking for a candidate with experience of creating 6+figure corporate partnerships and a proven track record of working in a target driven and face to face fundraising environment.

You will be actively involved in shaping our approach to corporate partnerships. You will be a lateral thinker, creative and entrepreneurial by nature. We have an extraordinary cause and new charity brands, who you will introduce to a range of corporate sectors.

We are looking for a confident and persuasive fundraiser with excellent interpersonal and relationship development skills. Someone who is truly motivated by their cause and who wants to take their corporate fundraising to the next level.

Salary: £40,386 - £43,745 (incl. LWA)

Location: Central London. Flexible hybrid working, based on minimum of 40% onsite/month.

Responsible to: Senior Corporate Partnerships Manager
