Welcome

Welcome to the Guy's and St Thomas' fundraising recruitment page!

Are you a passionate fundraiser looking for an exciting new challenge? Well, it's time to join our fantastic team!

Fundraising at Guy's and St Thomas' NHS Foundation Trust has always been ambitious, but over the past two years we have been on an incredible journey. The pandemic has enabled NHS charities to communicate the important role that philanthropy can play in innovation in healthcare for patients and their families. It's a momentous time to be working in NHS fundraising and the opportunity to really make a difference has never been greater.

We are currently in the third year of our four-year strategy designed to establish long-term sustainable income for our three new charities: Guy's & St Thomas' Charity, Evelina London Children's Charity and Guy's Cancer Charity.

Over the last three years we have accomplished so much, we've achieved our highest year of fundraised income in our history, launched three new charities to support our truly audience and insight-led fundraising approach, and we've funded projects that have had a tangible impact on the lives of patients and staff across the Trust and beyond. Care never stands still, so neither do we, and we are proud to support the incredible NHS staff and exceptional healthcare provided by Guy's and St Thomas'.

We are now looking to the future and want you to be part of this journey. Our recent strategic review indicated that there is a real opportunity for growth and our focus over the upcoming year is to lay the foundations for the development of our next strategy.

Our new postholders will each play a key role in developing and shaping the next chapter of our story, and we are committed to working with you to make this an exciting and fulfilling next step in your career. As a fundraiser, I'm inspired every day to succeed, knowing that we can help provide the very best support to our incredible hospitals, researchers, community teams and patients – and I hope you will consider applying to join us in our mission.
